From managing data and coordinating learning events to providing an exceptional learner experience, you’ll help ensure our colleagues and leaders receive the development they need to thrive.
Day to da
- yManage learner data throughout their journey, from onboarding to graduation
- .Track and report on apprenticeship levy utilisation and program metrics
- .Coordinate learning events, including logistics, guest speakers, and materials
- .Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and onboarding processes
- .Respond to learner inquiries, provide resources, and track progress reviews
- .Ensure seamless communication and support throughout programs
- .Support impactful initiatives like National Apprenticeship Week and leadership expos

- uThe ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate events, and maintain accurate records efficiently
- .A proven track record in providing administrative support, ideally within learning, development, or HR-related roles
- .A strong focus on accuracy in data management, reporting, and financial processes such as invoicing and tracking
- .Confidence in using digital tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting; experience with learning management systems would be advantageous
- .Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with learners, stakeholders, and external provider
