Our client is seeking an Agriculture Lecturer to join their team in Cornwall. Teaching experience is not essential; if you have practical knowledge and a passion for agriculture, this could be the perfect role for you. Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons on agriculture, land management, and countryside skills.
- Teach a range of topics, including agricultural machinery use, estate maintenance, and habitat management.
- Develop lesson plans and schemes of work to meet curriculum objectives.
- Provide feedback and guidance to help students achieve their potential.
- Support course promotion by attending open days and contributing to marketing materials.
Skills / Experience Required:
- Practical experience in agriculture or a related field (essential).
- Degree in agriculture or a related subject (desirable).
- Passion for education and inspiring others.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to undertake a PGCE (funded by the client).
