Theatre Clinical Practice Facilitator
Location: London
We are seeking an experienced Theatre Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our hospital group, you will be responsible for staff education, audit, and implementation of best practices in the perioperative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Education: Develop and deliver educational programs for theatre staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Audit and Quality Improvement: Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Implementation of Best Practices: Collaborate with theatre teams to implement evidence-based best practices and improve patient outcomes.
- Incident Review: Participate in incident reviews to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience working in the perioperative environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in an educational role.
- Registration with either the NMC or HCPC.
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits.
