We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Curriculum Lead to join our dynamic Engineering Apprenticeships Team!
We are seeking a talented individual to lead and manage our curriculum area teams, driving them to success through effective line management and performance oversight. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our curriculum portfolio to achieve our strategic objectives, with a key focus on elevating success rates across all curriculum areas.
As the Curriculum Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Assistant Principal to set and surpass targets for student/apprentice enrolments, learning quality, and overall success. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) as stipulated by external verifiers and awarding organizations. This role presents a unique opportunity to work alongside the Assistant Principal in a quest for extraordinary achievements and contribute significantly to the growth and development of our curriculum to address both local and national needs.
