We have a new, exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer within our Faculty of Education, working across the whole Trust.
Apprenticeships are increasingly important for the recruitment, retention and training of staff. They apply at all levels, across all disciplines, with more apprenticeship standards being approved nationally. The Apprenticeship Assessor/Coach is a key specialist role in our Faculty of Education. This post will focus initially on coordinating the planning and delivery of Healthcare Assistant Apprenticeships.
The Trust’s offering of in-house apprenticeship delivery is a new provision. You will work as part of the Apprenticeship Delivery Team to run this service and meet the Trust’s 5-year business plan.
You will work with a diverse range of internal colleagues and external partners to create apprenticeship opportunities that enable staff to develop and progress, regardless of where they work in the Trust or the job they do.
You will be based at Ipswich Hospital, although there will be the requirement for occasional travel to other Trust Sites as required.
