Faculty Position in Statistics at Imperial College London
We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant/Associate Professor) in the Statistics Section of the Mathematics Department at Imperial College London.
The successful candidate will be based in a dynamic and interdisciplinary research environment that coordinates data science research across various application domains, including astrophysics, particle physics, biology, meteorology, medicine, finance, and healthcare social sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in statistics, machine learning, and big data analysis
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics and related fields
- Supervise PhD students and postdoctoral researchers
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
