Nuclear Skills Training Opportunity
We are working with an education provider in the Cumbria region who are looking for a Training and Compliance Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational management and compliance of the Apprenticeship contract for all L2 and L3 Nuclear Apprenticeship Programmes, including the provision of Additionalities and Short Courses.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £49,995 per annum, plus a pension and holiday allowance. Relocators would be considered, and there would also be a discretionary relocation package of up to £2,500 to cover property deposit, moving costs, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure operational management and compliance of the Apprenticeship contract for all L2 and L3 Nuclear Apprenticeship Programmes
- Provide Additionalities and Short Courses
- Manage teaching and training staff
- Develop and implement curriculum design, delivery, assessment and evaluation strategies
Requirements
- A level 3 Engineering qualification
- A teaching qualification
- Extensive engineering education experience
- Experience in post 16 education/training including curriculum design, delivery, assessment and evaluation
