In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with our Business Development Manager, and Heads of Department to oversee the management and delivery of our Apprenticeship and Adult Skills Programmes within the Business Services Unit. This role will support the continuous improvement of the College’s Apprenticeships by leading on the effective implementation of quality assurance systems and processes, ensuring full compliance with all awarding organisation criteria. You will work closely with the Head of Teaching, Learning and Quality in promoting and developing outstanding teaching, learning and assessment leading to improved learner outcomes. Your mission will be to ensure our courses meet the high expectations of learners and employers and stakeholders alike, leading the development of innovative delivery models, managing internal quality assurance and improvement, and working with the Director of Business Development to support the crucial link between operational and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in educational programme management, a deep understanding of compliance standards, and a passion for driving excellence and innovation in apprenticeships and adult learning.
