Our ideal candidate will be a passionate leader committed to providing high-quality learning programmes, ensuring students make expected progress, and achieving the College’s Strategic Plan. • Candidates should have excellent communication skills and ensure learners make expected progress in their programme. • You will oversee all aspects of the department, create effective strategies, manage resources, build relationships with stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Leading and managing a curriculum department to promote high standards in a positive and supportive culture that aspires excellence. Taking the lead in the development and design of the College’s green skills curriculum with a focus on renewable energy. • You will lead the growth of all curriculum in the department by developing and implementing strategies to increase enrolment, improve engagement, and enhance programme quality. • You will work with managers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, establish new partnerships, and explore new growth opportunities including the design and development of an innovative green skills curriculum, working with strategic partners and other stakeholders to drive an ambitious suite of qualifications and training aligned to renewable energy initiatives. • You will also track and analyse programme data, develop metrics to measure programme effectiveness and report progress to senior management.
