We have a clear strategy to deliver the vocational programmes that serve the communities and businesses of the surrounding</p><p> area, and provide a range of additional support services to all learners, making it a highly rewarding place to work.</p><p> We are looking to increase our existing team of ALS Co-Ordinator’s, based within our Learner Support Services department, from where specialist support is provided for a range of individual learner needs to include mental</p><p> health, dyslexia, dyspraxia and financial support and guidance. </p><p>Are you an organised, pro-active, enthusiastic and personable individual? The successful candidate will liaise with external agencies, i.e. schools, CAMHS, Local Authority, making the necessary arrangements to ensure learners</p><p> with SEND are supported in their transition from school to College and throughout their time at College. You will identify individual support needs, draw up support plans, attend external EHCP review meetings, lead EHCP</p><p> College reviews in conjunction with external agencies, parents/guardians and teaching staff and ensure documentation is kept updated. You will maintain a caseload of students with EHCPs and other additional support needs and ensure relevant information is disseminated as appropriate.
