You'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, choose when to meet learners face-to-face and deliver online sessions to suit their needs.<br/><br/><strong>What You’ll Do:<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Train and mentor adult care apprentices in care homes and online, passing on your expertise to the next generation of care professionals.</li> <li>Tailor learning plans to meet the individual needs of your apprentices, ensuring they are well-supported throughout their development.</li> <li>Guide apprentices in functional skills by showing them how English and maths are essential to their roles and helping them strengthen these skills.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with care home employers, providing them with feedback on their apprentices’ progress and development.</li> <li>Support and mentor apprentices through face-to-face visits, online training, and ongoing guidance to help them achieve their qualifications and become confident professionals.<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>About You:<br/><br/></strong>We’re looking for passionate care professionals eager to share their knowledge and help shape the future of adult care. This role is ideal if you’ve held a leadership position in care and are ready for a fresh challenge in a dynamic, flexible role.<br/><br/>To succeed in this role, you’ll need:<br/><br/><ul> <li>Experience at Senior Care Worker, Deputy Care Manager, or Care Manager level.</li> <li>A Level 3 qualification in Adult Care (or similar).</li> <li>Strong technology skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.</li> <li>A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.</li> <li>A willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) qualifications in English and maths, with support provided to help you achieve them.<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>Perks & Benefits:<br/><br/></strong>We offer a starting salary from £27,000, with a full training program and a comprehensive benefits package to help you succeed as a Trainer.
