You’ll enjoy a regular Monday-to-Friday schedule, managing your own diary and choosing when to meet your apprentices in person.</p> <p><b>What You'll Do:</b></p> <ul><li><b>Inspire and Teach:</b> Use your early years expertise to train apprentices both in their early years settings and online.</li> <li><b>Develop Future Talent:</b> Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs and guide their development.</li> <li><b>Functional Skills:</b> Guide apprentices in the importance of English and maths in their role.</li> <li><b>Employer Collaboration:</b> Build relationships with employers, providing feedback on apprentice progress.</li> <li><b>Plan and Organise:</b> Manage your schedule from home, utilising Google Suite and internal systems for smooth administration.</li> </ul> <p><b>About You</b></p> <p>We’re looking for passionate Early Years professionals eager to share their knowledge and make a difference in the industry.
