The role holder will be responsible for the monitoring and supporting of the day-to-day operation of apprentice employers and recruitment via our outreach engagement, taking a pro-active approach to the development of future employer and learner activity relating to all our programmes The post holder will be required to liaise with University colleagues, FE Colleges, schools, employers, potential apprentices and external agencies. This role is pivotal in organising and executing promotional activities additionally with schools and colleges. About you You will have excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills as this role requires considerable networking with external partners. You will have the ability to build good rapport and relationships quickly, to ensure placements are organised and planned smoothly, efficiently and in time. Experience of managing operational administration and organising external employers engagement events is essential.
