Apprenticeship Mentor Salary Point 22 - £26,208 per annum Hours 37 hours per week, all year round Contract Permanent Location Stamford or Peterborough College We're seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Mentor to join our dynamic team at IEG Group. You'll play a vital role in guiding and supporting our apprentices as they embark on their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: · Deliver high-quality personal development sessions aligned with the OFSTED Education Inspection Framework. · Liaise with recruitment officers and ALS mentors to ensure apprentices receive timely support. · Provide initial pastoral support, including career advice and guidance. · Collaborate with student services, ALS, and exam teams to develop retention strategies. · Monitor and track student attendance and punctuality, implementing interventions as needed. · Identify and address safeguarding concerns, referring them to the appropriate team. · Work towards improving attendance rates and reducing student withdrawals. · Contribute to apprenticeship recruitment activities.
