Assessor / Skills Coach
The Role:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to coach and mentor apprenticeship learners, guiding them toward the successful and timely completion of their apprenticeship programmes. Ideal candidates will possess, or be willing to develop, a strong understanding of apprenticeship standards.
We are currently recruiting for an Assessor/Skills Coach within:
Successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring and supporting learners' progress, ensuring they are on track to achieve their End Point Assessments (EPAs). This includes overseeing the review process, tracking progress, and providing comprehensive information, advice, and guidance. Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison between the college and employers.
Our Coaches must demonstrate excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills, representing the college to employers and collaborating closely with internal curriculum teams to enhance the overall apprenticeship experience.

As the role requires visiting and observing Apprentices in the work environment a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferable.
Salary:
£13,070.50 - £13,984 per annum DOE
Hours:
Part-time hours, 18.5-hours per week
Annual Leave:
30 days, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure (pro-rata for part-time)
