Any applications submitted through agencies will not be considered.</p><p/><p><b><br/> Proposed Interview Date: W/C 4th November</b></p><p/><p><b><br/> The role</b></p><p> As a Business Development Officer at The Learning Foundry, you will actively engage and build rich relationships with employers identifying apprenticeship opportunities and ensuring that all learners have a positive destination.</p><p> You will be generating apprenticeships and careers, education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) across our apprenticeship programmes. You must also provide high quality information, advice and guidance to employers to ensure they are aware of TLF’s full offering and how social value recruitment will support their talent strategies.</p><p> As a Business Development Officer, you will also play a key part in ensuring that learners have a positive destination on completion of their programme as well as ensuring that The Learning Foundry’s profile is raised across the Liverpool City Region.</p><p/><p><b><br/> The right fit</b></p><ul><li> Demonstrable experience in a similar field / role, preferably within sales or recruitment.</li><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, ability to communicate highly complex information</li><li> Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate concerns, and complex / contentious issues in a diplomatic manner.</li><li> Ability to deal with changing priorities, work under pressure, work to tight deadlines and be flexible.</li><li> Knowledge of AEB / Traineeship stream is desirable.</li><li> Ability to network and build new connections.</li><li> Experience in working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.</li><li> Desirably have an IAG Level 3 qualification.</li><li> Excellent organisational skills and time management.</li><li> Experience working within an employability or skills programme.</li><li> Driving licence and own transport.</li></ul><p/><p><b><br/> Who we are</b></p><p> At The Learning Foundry we are passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their full potential.
