Any applications submitted through agencies will not be considered.</p><p>Proposed Interview Date: W/C 4th November 2024</p><p>The role</p><p>As a Delivery & Performance Manager (Housing), you will manage the housing delivery team at TLF.</p><p>You will be responsible for overseeing the housing offer, ensuring a quality offer is provided to learners and employers across apprenticeships, commercial and funded learning programmes, (i.e. ASF).</p><p>There will also be responsibility for ensuring that TLF achieves its financial targets for housing starts across programmes by delivering timely learner progression, maintaining quality, compliance with funding requirements and maximising achievement rates.</p><p>The right fit</p><ul><li>Looking for an experienced people person with experience of managing staff in a high-performance focussed environment.</li><li>Ideal candidate would have knowledge and experience of managing apprenticeship programmes including knowledge and experience of funding requirements, and OFSTED.</li><li>Ideal candidate would have experience and knowledge of the housing sector and act as a subject matter expert for the development of TLF's housing offer.</li><li>Ideal candidate would have a well established network that can bring and add value to TLF.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills</li><li>Target driven and resilient</li><li>Adaptable and innovative, able to identify and bring new opportunities to TLF.</li></ul><p>Who we are</p><p>At The Learning Foundry we are passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their full potential.
