The Business Development Support Officer will provide administrative support to the team and play an integral part in the successful recruitment and registration of applicants and apprenticeships. Responsibilities include: Completion of Individual Learner Record Collation of applicants personal information and supporting documents Use of CRM and NAS on a daily basis – Advertising apprenticeship vacancies Cleansing and update of CRM Chasing H&S/Company Openings and EDRS Numbers from employers which will be completed in the employer premises or via telephone where not possible Feedback new business opportunities to the Business Development Team Working towards KPI’s set by the Line Manager Providing information and work alongside the compliance team to support the timely completion and return of contribution and incentive payment paperwork Understands how apprenticeships are funded and keeps our internal records up to date in regards to funding bands.
