To provide a high standard of inspirational training, assessment, support and review to a caseload of learners across their apprenticeship standard ensuring they successfully complete their qualification within the agreed timeframe of their Individual Learning Plan and company Key Performance Targets.
The Post Holder will be required to provide and support inspirational teaching, learning and assessment for a caseload of learners. This will typically require (but not exhaustive) the Post Holder to:
· Induct all learners onto their appropriate programme of study.
· Create, agree and review assessment/learning plans for each learner.
· Collate evidence of teaching, learning and assessment using the online tracking system
· Maintain regular contact with learners using a variety of communication methods (face to face visits, email, telephone, Teams etc.) ensuring a record of all contact is maintained with Onefile and evidenced for compliance.
· Use a variety of assessment methods to collect evidence ensuring the evidence collected meets the criteria set out by the qualification and provide the learner with detailed feedback on performance.
· Create a range of inspirational learning resources required for your learners to generate evidence against the required criteria of the learning programmes you deliver.
· Teach specific knowledge based workshops to groups of learners.
· Carry out programme reviews, at least every 12 weeks, with the learner and their employer to monitor and measure progress, identify any issues/problems and recognise success and good performance.
· Provide support and signpost careers, information, advice and guidance for all learners through and situation or circumstance whether pastoral or professional.
· Update learners throughout programme their progress against Knowledge Skills and Behaviours
· Mark and reference all learner evidence promptly and provide informative feedback on quality and guidance on spelling, grammar and the next steps.
· Work closely with IQAs and Managers and comply with all aspects of the IQA strategy, attend EQA visits and standardisation
