There may be a requirement to transport learners in your own car, insurance implications are reimbursed. Mileage and expenses are provided for travel during the working day. Job Purpose: Our Curriculum Administrator is employed at our Littlemoor House site in Eckington, they need to be able to: work using their own initiative; possess good organisational skills; be good communicators; have excellent ICT skills; be flexible and adaptable; be capable of managing a challenging workload, with good time management skills and an ability to achieve deadlines; be able to maintain accurate records to a high standard; have an engaging disposition and show enthusiasm in their role. Main Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to: Provide administrative support to the Curriculum Management Team. Manage external telephone calls to the College and forward messages to staff as appropriate; Minute meetings when required; Perform regular quality checks of learner files; Upload learner documents and maintain an accurate filing system; To run regular reports and provide data to the Curriculum Management Team and Senior Leadership Team as required; Support with planning for specialist days; Collate and file learner work and evidence in relation to curriculum events; Maintain the SEND profile, in collaboration with the Director of Quality and Curriculum; Maintain qualification folders for External qualification Assurers (EQA); Register learner qualifications on relevant systems; Maintain the Functional Skills Tracker; Manage the exam booking process; Participate in the staff appraisal and supervision process; Attend internal meetings, briefings and other forums as required; Carry out the duties and requirements of the post in compliance with Landmarks Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection and other policies and procedures.
