The Role: Key responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for ensuring the provision fully meets the needs of all learners within Inclusive Pathways and ALS Manage and be accountable for the performance of all SEND and ALS within the area Take overall responsibility for ensuring all students are supported in line with their Educational Health Care Plans and High Needs contracts with the relevant local authority Provides supportive and effective line management Provides a specialist referral point for curriculum colleagues, prospective students and external agencies To apply for this post, please complete the WAES Application Form and EO Monitoring Form from our website.
