Corporate Learning Team We have a large and growing team of Apprenticeship Coaches which are allowing our apprentices to access the learning they need more flexibly. Our Apprenticeship Coaches provide incredible value by equipping our graduates with the employability skills they need for success, supported by degree and industry-recognised qualifications and accreditations. All our programmes are accredited by at least one leading industry body and include multiple qualifications upon successful completion. The Role – Degree Apprenticeship Coach We are recruiting coaches with experience of working with Leaders and Managers at Levels 6 & 7. The role of the Apprenticeship Coach is to guide and support your apprentices every step of the way, through their Apprenticeship at Arden. You will empower your learners as they build the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours to succeed. You will be allocated Apprentices for the duration of the programme and take responsibility for their ongoing progress through to their successful EPA. To do this, you will use your coaching experience to provide detailed feedback, set relevant actions and give regular guidance to support your learners. About You: You should demonstrate a deep understanding of leadership principles, coaching methodologies, and industry-specific knowledge to effectively guide and support apprentices on their learning journeys. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. DBS statement: In our commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all members of our community, we have established a policy that mandates the completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check for all new staff members joining roles that involve working with apprentices. This precautionary measure is in place to safeguard the well-being of our apprentices and maintain the highest standards of security. To streamline the onboarding process and adhere to our safeguarding principles, it is imperative that the DBS check for any relevant new starter be initiated and completed before their scheduled start date.
