We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.<br/><br/><strong>Salary: </strong>£41,997 – £44,796 dependent on expeirence<br/><br/><strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Delivering an effective programme that utilises coaching to train, monitor, develop and assess apprentices against relevant standards in support of them attaining occupational competence</li> <li>Recording / reporting of performance data effectively in support of delivering outstanding outcomes for learners</li> <li>Developing links with the relevant functions in the business to understand the requirements of the role and the apprenticeship standards, to monitor apprentice progress against all areas of their apprenticeship</li> <li>Effectively preparing apprentices towards successfully completing their end point assessment</li> <li>Providing and monitoring the effective safeguarding, SHE, welfare, and support arrangements for learners whilst on early careers & skills programmes</li> <li>Liaising with subcontracted providers to monitor apprentice performance and effectively maximise the link between classroom and workplace learning opportunities</li> <li>Developing activities to enable individuals to acquire skills and knowledge<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>Essential<br/><br/></strong><strong>Your skills and experiences: <br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Business professional with occupational competence within the project management sector and or project controls</li> <li>Proven coaching skills, within a coaching environment</li> <li>Passionate about apprenticeships and learning</li> <li>Excellent Communication Skills<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>Desirable<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Experience of assisting apprentice’s in working towards apprenticeship standards</li> <li>Further education or teaching background</li> <li>Quality and OFSTED experience<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>Benefits<br/><br/></strong>You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. You will be based in the £25m purpose built modern academy for skills and knowledge as BAE Systems continue to invest record amounts in early careers.
