We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role. </p><p><b>Salary:</b> £33,455 depending on skills and experience </p><p/><p><b>What you’ll be doing: </b></p><ul><li>Demonstrating integral involvement in delivering graduate/undergraduate and apprentice recruitment activities</li> <li>Managing the hiring manager relationship from initial vacancy consultation until first day readiness</li> <li>Using the applicant tracking system (ATS) to screen and progress applications</li> <li>Demonstrating a high level of candidate care, managing expectations by providing an honest and transparent service</li> <li>Conducting relevant assessment centre preparation</li> <li>Developing strong understanding of processes and deliverables within the team</li> <li>Supporting the sourcing team to build and maintain an effective and live talent pool</li> </ul> <p><b>Your skills and experiences: </b></p><p>Essential:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in early careers recruitment </li><li>Working with service level agreements and service definitions, aligned with agreed HR policies</li> <li>Ability to ensure data integrity, with a focus on timely and accurate reporting, and using this information to drive efficient recruitment processes</li> <li>Excellent IT skills, particularly with applicant tracking systems</li> <li>Experience in candidate management is essential, both verbal and written</li> <li>Being able to deal with high volume recruitment</li> </ul> <p><b>Benefits: </b></p><p>You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
