Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Experienced Tutor/Assessor Early Years/TA at Professional Training Solutions. As an Experienced Tutor/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessing learners in the early years sector. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning and delivering engaging training sessions, assessing learners' performance, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners in their professional development. This role is primarily located in Farnham, but there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- Qualification in Early Years Levels 3 - 5
- Recognized Assessor/Verifier qualification (e.g., Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement)
- Experience working in the early years sector, preferably as a tutor or assessor
- Strong knowledge of early years curriculum and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging training sessions
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual learners
Relevant experience or qualifications in teaching and assessing TA qualifications would be advantageous. The successful candidate will also have a genuine passion for supporting learners in their professional development and promoting high-quality early years education.
