About the role: Front of House Training Lead We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Training Lead to take charge of the operations in our dynamic student-run restaurant. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to mentor and guide students in all facets of front-of-house service, ensuring that they deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with industry standards. As the Front of House Training Lead, you will be responsible for supervising all hospitality operations, which include restaurant management, barista training, and overall guest services. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring compliance with critical operational standards such as allergy awareness, food safety regulations, time management, and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) compliance. You will have the opportunity to design and implement an engaging, industry-aligned training programme that will hone the skills of our student team, preparing them for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
