This includes Hairdressing Professional Level 2, Barbering Professional Level 2 and Advanced and Creative Hair Professional Level 3. Main duties include: Conducting learner assessments within the workplace Delivering practical lessons to learners in a classroom setting Supporting apprentices on a 1:1 basis Assessing work via the Aptem e-portfolio system Working closely with employers to ensure that our apprentices get the best possible experience and achieve their career goals This role would suit someone with previous experience working as a Trainer, Tutor or Assessor either within a college environment or private training provider, however this is not essential as training and support will be provided for the right candidate. A progressive knowledge base and skillset in the hairdressing industry is an essential requirement for this post.
