Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Head of Client Operations based out of our London office. The Head of Client Operations role will be responsible for overseeing the core operational teams that relate to supporting delivery – the Project Management Office (PMO), Programme Management Team, Planning, and Candidate and Client Support Teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring that these teams continuously operate to the highest professional standards while in parallel working to further improve their quality, efficiency and reach. We’ll Count On You To Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), UK Programme Management Team, Planning and Candidate and Client Support Teams, helping set the culture of each of the teams. Lead and mentor team members to achieve professional standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and drive strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the whole of the candidate and client journey, including ensuring the operational teams are highly integrated and collaborative with other parts of the organization. Foster strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders, acting as executive sponsor on key projects with strong dependency on operational aspects. Ensure alignment of operational activities and resources with the company’s goals and objectives. Implement, monitor, analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the operational teams. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project and program delivery. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. What You Need To Have Substantial (Minimum of 10 years of) experience in managing operations in a client context. Proven track record of managing and developing multiple teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, persuade and steer clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to design, implement and socialize change programs in parallel with ensuring strong business as usual performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in budget management and resource allocation. What Would Make You Stand Out Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma. Experience in the financial services or corporate education sector. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
