London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of Head of Learning and Organisation Development to join the People, Culture and Legal (PCL) team at an exciting time for the University and the wider Group. The PCL team collaborates with colleagues across the whole Group to deliver outstanding support to staff and leaders, enabling them to make the best decisions, give top class leadership and support their wellbeing.
As a senior manager in the Learning and OD and EDI team, you will be responsible for leading an exceptional Learning and OD service. You will lead the design, development and implementation of LSBU’s Organisation Development (OD) and Learning and Development teams and frameworks, ensuring strategic alignment with our vision and values.
You will contribute to the change programmes across the Group, lead on the wellbeing strategy, design and deliver learning and development programmes, and ensure that high quality outcomes are achieved with impact measured.
You will lead a great team to help to shape the organisation’s culture, provide the best possible learning and OD interventions and demonstrate ROI.
About You:
This could be the role for you if you have:
- Seasoned experience in both learning and organisation development
- Evidence of building, developing and leading teams
- A passion for investing in the learning, wellbeing and development of people
- Experience of the HE or FE sector or transferable experience
- Outstanding strategic planning skills
- A relevant level 7 qualification or willingness to prioritise completing one
- Exciting and creative facilitation and communication skills
- A modern approach to presentation
- High standards of written communication.
