The role NEBOSH is looking for a Head of Operations and Delivery that will provide leadership and Operations and Delivery team and will be accountable for: Leadership and performance of the Operations and Delivery Teams (Customer Enquiry, Learning Partner Support and Results and Certificate) Development and maintenance of KPIs Driving continuous improvement to improve customer experience including review of customer service levels Drive an environment of accuracy in all that we do Embed a culture of open and transparent working environment that is customer focussed and a focus on wellbeing. Working with others in the leadership team to ensure NEBOSH end to end assessments are fulfilled. After a significant growth in revenue and registrations over the last few years the Head of Operations and Delivery will be pivotal in ensuring that assessments go ahead as planned and customers receive a positive experience. You have a passion for customer service and continuous improvement that you will want to bring into an environment and can make a positive impact. You can demonstrate a track record of development and maintenance of KPIs and customer service standards You have proven experience in working in a regulated environment.
