What you will be doing: We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as Business Development Officer. The successful candidate will work alongside the Business Development team members to support the delivery of commercial strategies that drive revenue growth. This will be achieved through providing effective support for the team. You will: Provide support to the Business Development team delivering the business and regional plans Provide administrative services including diary management, event planning, organising travel, and correspondence When directed, conduct desk research to support identifying organisations and relevant contacts within organisations. To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Head of International Development in meetings with key international stakeholders Follow up on action points for the Heads and Leads (Business Development) from internal cross directorate planning meetings. Provide administrative support to the team, including setting agendas for internal cross directorate meetings, recording notes and following up actions. To coordinate the review and where necessary update of regional plans, overseen by the Heads (Business Development) All other assigned administration or tasks, including establishing and maintaining accurate filing systems, maximising the use of available technology Contribute to operational planning to support NEBOSH in achieving their business goals Experience and Qualifications: Experience of working as an administrator Experience of providing administrative support in a dynamic environment Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to recognise, prioritise and deal with important and sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality at all times A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing, paying particular attention to detail, and with an excellent command of English. Ability to attend meetings and take an accurate and concise minutes or action note decisions. Solid IT (MS Office) skills A willingness to work flexibly as an effective team member.
