The Head of Sales is a newly created role to drive the growth of apprenticeships and skills at HRUC group through a strategic, innovative and dynamic approach. You will: Plan and implement an ambitious sales strategy for apprenticeships, skills and commercial starts Deliver the strategic plan through targeted business development activities Lead, motivate and direct a team of Business Development Consultants Provide accurate forecasting on sales revenue and pipeline We are seeking a highly driven, motivational leader who can demonstrate: At least 2 years’ experience in a Head of Sales role or similar In-depth, detailed knowledge of apprenticeships and skills funding Experience of working with SME and large employers Ability to develop an effective business development strategy A results-driven mindset, with a proven ability to exceed KPIs and revenue targets Experience of building effective and strong client relationships with a high level of client satisfaction and retention You will need to possess a driving licence and the use of your own personal transport as this post will involve travelling across the UK.
