Key Account Manager Salary: £35-50k + excellent benefits We have a fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our successful and growing Sales Team. Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients, focusing on account retention, growth, and maximising client satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and understand their goals, challenges, and evolving needs. Identify skills needs within your key clients and develop solutions to meet them. Identify opportunities to expand LDN’s presence within each client and recommend relevant apprenticeship programmes. Develop and present customised proposals for cross-selling and upselling. Use our CRM system to provide insights into revenue growth driven by account development, account status and pipeline forecasts. Gather, analyse, and present data on the impact of LDN’s apprenticeships within client organisations. Develop detailed, strategic account plans that outline objectives, growth opportunities, and engagement tactics for each key client. Conduct client feedback sessions, collecting insights on satisfaction and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop client success stories and testimonials. For this role you must have Previous experience in account management or client success roles, ideally within apprenticeships, education, or workforce development sectors. The ability to prioritise client satisfaction and advocate for client needs, with a proactive approach to understanding client challenges and objectives. Experience in developing and executing account plans to identify opportunities for growth. Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and impact reporting. Experience working closely with multiple internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in a clear and persuasive manner to diverse client stakeholders. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects. Adaptable and solution-oriented, capable of navigating changing client needs and addressing issues to maintain strong, productive client relationships.
