About the RoleWe are a developing and growing industry-responsive Apprenticeship Department looking for a highly motivated Lead Apprenticeship Assessor Coach to manage a caseload of Carpentry and Joinery apprentices.We currently deliver apprenticeships at both level 2 and level 3. The post would be suitable for assessors with previous experience working in the Further Education sector.What You Will Do Assess learners in college and in the learner’s workplace.Work alongside teachers to ensure that learners make progress and achieve their qualifications/standards.Conduct timely reviews and training plans for each apprentice.Develop and prepare learning materials suitable for workplace qualifications as appropriate.Keep and maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievements.About You Hold a minimum of NVQ 3 or specialist qualification in the curriculum area/specialist subject.Assessor A1 Award.Knowledge and experience within the curriculum area's industry.Knowledge and experience of on-site assessing.About UsKeighley College has excellent modern facilities and provides a professional and friendly environment.
