Job Title: Learning & Development Lead
Salary: £42,000 - £56,800 depending on skills and experience
Location: Cambridge / Hybrid minimum 2 days a week in the office
Contract: Full time, Permanent
We have an opportunity for you to lead the development and implementation of the Leadership & Management Academy, designing and delivering impactful leadership programs, and managing key stakeholder relationships. You'll drive continuous learning and growth across the organization, leveraging your expertise in L&D, coaching, and talent management to create effective, innovative solutions.

About The Role
In this role you will be responsible for 3 core areas across Cambridge University Press & Assessment these include:
Leadership & Management Academy:
Leading the development and evolution of the Leadership & Management Academy, ensuring alignment with the latest research to foster a culture of continuous learning. Collaborate globally to support leadership skill development, and design practical learning resources and programs that embed and apply knowledge.
Leadership & Management Development:
Design and deliver innovative leadership development initiatives that align with strategic goals, ensuring leaders and managers remain future-ready. Provide expert consultancy to diagnose learning needs and leverage data for monitoring and evaluation.
Coaching:
Oversee the coaching strategy to enhance continuous learning and align with L&D and People strategies. Support and develop the internal coaching community to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
As an L&D Ambassador, you'll actively promote the team's work and seek opportunities to support colleagues while gathering insights to enhance our impact. You'll embody continuous learning and innovation, iterating the Leadership & Management Academy and using data to drive meaningful improvements.
About You
To be successful, you'll need experience in senior roles within Learning & Development, Organiational Development, or Talent Management, with a strong background in leadership development. Your proven track record in creating and executing effective learning solutions will be critical to its success. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation.
It is highly desirable that you will bring coaching or mentoring qualifications which will support you in this role. Additionally, you'll need to be innovative, work collaboratively, and navigate complexity with an agile mindset.
