Providing administrative support for employee learning and development activities, you'll manage training records, maintain our training and development platforms and intranet pages, proactively identify training needs and co-ordinate development activities.You’ll ensure that all employees receive training and update the training schedule, organising Line Manager workshops and corporate development sessions.
