We are now looking for a Product Developer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. The Role As a Product Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining a wide range of educational products. Specifically, you will create qualifications, instructor-led training programs, and e-learning courses that meet market needs, align with industry standards, and comply with regulatory requirements. You will manage projects from initial concept to launch, collaborating with subject matter experts and ensuring products are fit for purpose and of the highest quality. Additionally, you will: - Lead the development of qualifications, training products, and assessments - Collaborate with subject matter experts and external stakeholders - Develop clear, structured, and compliant qualification and training content - Implement quality control processes to ensure high product standards - Continuously improve and update products based on feedback About You To be considered as a Product Developer, you will need: - Experience in qualifications development - Project management skills with experience managing products from inception to launch - Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for qualifications - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location) Other organisations may call this role Qualifications Developer, Educational Product Developer, Learning and Development Specialist, or Training and Development Manager.
