Are you looking to work in an exciting, innovative provision?</p> <p/> <p><br/> Ideally you are confident, an enthusiastic communicator and have experience in working with and supporting a diverse range of young people and will be passionate to inspire and to help them progress in education and be successful post 16.</p> <p/> <p><br/> Ideally you would have experience of supporting and learners with challenging behaviour to re-engage with education.
