Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Salary: £8860 - £9033 per annum
Hours Per Week: 16 hour per week
We are actively searching for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Additional Learning Support Team at our Conway Park Campus for 16 hours per week. We will offer a salary of up to £9033 per year plus many added incentives including:

About the Job
- Supporting students with additional support needs across a range of curriculum areas.
- To provide appropriate support for individual or groups of students in/out of class, in accordance with their individual support plan, so that they achieve their learning goals.
- To work with students who have a wide range of support needs including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, medical conditions, visual impairment, hearing impairment, emotional/behavioural difficulties, and mental health difficulties.
- To physically assist students who have mobility difficulties – pushing wheelchairs, assisting with tasks, supporting and hoisting/lifting students.
About You
- GCSE passes (Grade 9 to 4) or equivalent including English and Maths
- Be able to support young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in a variety of settings
- Be able to communicate effectively with appropriate and relevant colleagues and learners to meet the needs of learners
