If you are ambitious, determined and can make a positive difference we would welcome your application.As a Learning Support Practitioner, you will provide academic and motivational support to students who have Education, Health, and Care Plans or identified special educational needs and/or disabilities studying qualifications from level 1 up to level 3 including Functional Skills and GCSE English and Maths.In this role you will support students in their programme of study; classroom, practical or workshop setting. You might also be required to support students during unstructured times, on work experience placements and if necessary, with welfare and personal care needs.The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting students and ideally have gained previous experience working alongside individuals with learning differences including, Autism, Language & Communication difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You will need to have an excellent standard of education including level 2, in Maths and English, or equivalent.
