The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Learning Technologist to join our growing team at Netcom Training. You will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our training programmes by providing expert administration, configuration, and support for our Learning Management System (LMS) Canvas by Instructure and virtual classroom software.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert administration, configuration, and support for the Learning Management System (LMS) Canvas by Instructure.
- Offer technical support and guidance to learners, trainers, and staff regarding the use of Canvas, Microsoft Teams and Class.
- Develop and maintain user guides and other support materials for our learning technologies.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operation of the LMS and virtual classroom software.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in learning technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Curriculum team to ensure the LMS and virtual classroom software are aligned with programme requirements.
- Generate reports to track system usage and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Learning Technologies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) and virtual classroom software.
- Strong understanding of eLearning principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and software applications.
