We are now seeking a passionate and experienced ESOL Lecturer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of both our adult learners and our 16-19 year-old students. We are looking for an enthusiastic ESOL Lecturer to deliver engaging and effective lessons to a diverse group of students. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering ESOL courses, ensuring that all learners make significant progress in their language proficiency. You will be working with adult learners as well as 16-19 year-olds, helping them develop their English language skills for further education, employment, and integration into the community. West Lancashire College is a general further education College based in Skelmersdale. We’re one of the largest employers in the West Lancashire area, employing almost 200 teaching and business support staff. We offer academic, technical and professional qualifications at a range of levels as well as Apprenticeships. Each year we work with over 2,500 further education and work-based learners, both young people and adults, of all backgrounds and abilities. The College works closely with local, regional and national employers to ensure that our qualifications are shaped to provide learners with the appropriate knowledge, skills and qualifications needed to gain employment or entry to university.
