<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd"><html><body><p><b>Salary</b>: £28,742 - £32,075 per annum</p><p>Foundation Learning is the 23/24 winner of the RCU Beacon Award for Support for Students and an outstanding area of the college that provides a number of highly successful study programmes for learners with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND), barriers to learning and Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH).</p><p>The post-holder will be motivated, enthusiastic and a strong team player who strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for our learners. They will deliver highly effective Teaching, Learning and Assessment throughout a timetable within Foundation Learning.</p><p>The role will involve maximising learners’ potential to make positive progress towards their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and/or personalised outcomes, aspirations and ultimately support sustainable destinations. The ideal candidate will have experience with working with learners with SEND/SEMH and have a specialist area of expertise that will benefit the department.
