The Foundation Learning Development team here at East Coast College are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging addition to their team to lead the way on Project Search. Working with a cohort of young people who are yet to find their way into the world of work, your ability to build employability skills and inspire professional goals will prepare a range of individuals for employment. Through a mixture of classroom sessions and on-site work placements, you’ll help them to explore employer expectations, training opportunities, goal setting, and different career aspirations.
