Job Title: TAQA Trainer and Assessor Location: Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft Hours: Variable Hours Contract: Permanent Salary: VH Lecturers - £30.72 per hour (including holiday) The TAQA (Training, Assessment, and Quality Assurance) role is a key position within the Teacher Development and Support Department, which encompasses the Teacher Training Teams and Advanced Teaching Practitioners. The individual in this role will manage, train, assess, and review a caseload of up to 20 learners, both internally and externally. This includes delivering one-to-one and small group sessions to ensure learners meet the required TAQA standards to achieve their Level 3 Assessor’s Award/Certificate or Level 4 IQA Award/Certificate. The role demands a strong commitment to maintaining high training and assessment standards, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for supporting learners' development.
