<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd"><html><body><div id="jobDescriptionTitle"> <h2 tabindex="-1" id="jobDescriptionTitleHeading" class="css-wpzt8u e1tiznh50">Full job description</h2></div><div id="jobDescriptionText" class="jobsearch-JobComponent-description css-16y4thd eu4oa1w0"><p><b>Lecturer - Group Lead: Level 3 Fashion Retail</b><br/><b>Permanent </b><br/><b>Full-Time - 39 hours (1.05 FTE), 5 days per week. 4 days on site and one remote admin day.</b><br/><b>London, Moorgate </b></p><p><b>About the role </b></p><p>The Lecturer - Group Lead is responsible for delivering the best imaginable teaching, learning and assessment experience for our students on our <b>Level 3 Fashion Retail </b>Course.</p><p>Our Level 3 Fashion Retail course teaches our students to create visual stories for fashion media that engage consumers and transform fashion products into must-have trend pieces.</p><p>As Group Lead, you will lead and develop successful and innovative pedagogy, with a focus on high standards and best possible student outcomes. You will be accountable for the success of the students in your groups and support, challenge and stretch their achievements. Successful candidates for this role will be able to deliver hands on practical learning as well as the relevant theory and context.</p><p>It is not essential to have a PGCE/teaching qualification, or experience of teaching in a further educational setting, however this would be beneficial.
