About The Candidate You will need to be organised, innovative, a real team player and have the drive to further grow our links with key employers. The successful candidate will be integral to our high performing team which includes placement assessors and lecturers across our 16-19 study programmes, adult and Higher Education provision. This post may include evening delivery on our adult programmes, up to two evenings per week and is likely to included teaching on a varitey of programmes up to and including our BA (Hons) in Working with Children and Families. You should hold a relevant teaching qualification as well as a degree; a Masters is desirable given the Higher Education programmes that the successful candidate will contribute to. We would also welcome applications from candidates with vocationally relevant industry experience in this sector. Within the personal statement, practical examples of how you fulfil the person specification and examples of your teaching practice should be included.
