We are recruiting for a Childcare & Health and Social Care Lecturer to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at our state of art facilities in the Broxbourne campus. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to deliver the full range of professional services associated with programmes of teaching, learning, assessment and student support, teaching a range of Health and Social Care and Childcare units at level 1, 2, 3, on full time programmes of study accredited by OCR and NCFE CACHE. The successful candidate will display a passion for teaching and enjoy interacting and engaging with students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues whilst using your own initiative. You will have great interpersonal and organisation skills and competent in using IT systems. We are seeking an enthusiastic lecturer with experience of teaching the underpinning theory related to all aspects of childcare and health and social care. You will have experience of Personal Tutoring and Programme Managing a cohort of students and experience and of working in a learning environment with learners with physical, emotional and socially related additional needs. You will hold a degree in the curriculum or related subject, along with a Teacher Training qualification, or a willingness to complete within a specific timeframe.
