£26,451 - £41,247 per annum, plus £610 Crawley Weighting Allowance

You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for the quality of your own teaching and related curriculum development.
You will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our learners.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individual with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2. Training can be given to the successful candidate although teaching experience using a range of teaching and learning methods is desired.
You will be experienced and be a strong team player with proven communication skills.
