We're looking for someone passionate about teaching a wide range skills of employment, social and life skills to students with varying degrees of SEND needs.<br/> <br/> This role offers an exciting opportunity to support in coordinating a small employability programme, guiding learners towards broader college pathways.<br/> <br/> Our ideal candidate will possess a full teaching qualification and substantial experience in supporting learners with SEND. To excel in this role, you'll need exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring both students and colleagues.<br/> <br/> Strong organizational and IT skills, coupled with sound administration abilities, are essential.
